bonjour j'ai un probleme avec mon ordi , quand par exemple je reste longtemps sur l'ordi

au bout d'un moment mon écran s'arete d'un coup et m'affiche un ecran bleu avec des

ecriture blanche qui me dise que la memoire physique a était vidée et le message

j'ai essayer la réstauration du systeme mais sans succes et je n'ai pas acheter de nouvelle piece pour mon ordi depui que je l'ai acheter ( 2 ans)

merci de me donner quelque solution qui serait utile pour régler ce probleme mais je ne suis pas un expert en ordi mais je me debrouille donc svp ne me dite pas des truc technique super compliquer. :)
