Bonjour,

Mon ordinateur plante régulièrement (coupures intempestives et redémarrage automatique, parfois écran bleu avec erreur système erreur grave due à un pilote de périphérique device driver non identifié. je n'ai plus de son depuis quelques temps et l'icone son à disparu en bas. j'ai un antivirus qui détecte rien (avant c'était bidefender maintenant c'est kapersky). Je suis à deux doigt de le passer par la fenêtre (forcément il plante tjrs au mauvais moment...help). J'ai déjà tout fait réinstaller par un pro résultat quedale, et par un ami mais c'est revenu presque aussi sec....

Moi j'y comprends que dalle mais j'ai vu sur le forum que pour émettre un avis il vous fallait de la matière (Evrest, hijacjk this) et vu que je ne sais pas si c'est un pb de hardware, de système d'exploitation, de carte, ou d'un pilote de périphérique qui fait chier (je n'ai rien installé récemment) voila le résumé du rapport d'éverest (sachant que le rapport fait 111 pages, je le tiens à votre disposition)

Bonjour,

  • Télécharge Bluescreenview (de Nirsoft).

  • Va dans le dossier compressé, puis double-clique sur l'application pour lancer le programme. (il n'est pas nécessaire de décompresser le dossier)

  • Patiente jusqu'à ce qu'une liste de crashes s'affichent. Pour chacun des crashes, clique dessus, va dans Options > Lower Pane Mode > Bluescreen in XP style. En bas va s'afficher le contenu de l'écran bleu, copie le texte (clic droit > Copier) et colle-le dans ta prochaine réponse sur ce forum.

    pas mal de soucis donc, on continue :

    --> On va vérifier que tes fichiers systèmes n'ont pas été modifiés :

  • Une fois le PC démarré, va dans Démarrer > Exécuter, tape cmd . Valide.

  • Dans la fenêtre d'invite de commandes (la fenêtre noire), tape sfc/scannow et appuie sur entrée.

  • A la fin de l'opération, mets une capture d'écran sur ce topic. Si il te demande de mettre le CD de XP Service Pack 3, fais-le moi savoir.

    Nos messages se sont croisés, je disais donc :


    pas mal de soucis donc, on continue :

    --> On va vérifier que tes fichiers systèmes n'ont pas été modifiés :

  • Une fois le PC démarré, va dans Démarrer > Exécuter, tape cmd . Valide.

  • Dans la fenêtre d'invite de commandes (la fenêtre noire), tape sfc/scannow et appuie sur entrée.

  • A la fin de l'opération, mets une capture d'écran sur ce topic. Si il te demande de mettre le CD de XP Service Pack 3, fais-le moi savoir.

    Et désinstalle-moi Kaspersky qui est à l'origine d'un écran bleu apparemment.

  • Télécharge l'ISO du CD de Windows XP service pack 3 : http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?display...

  • Grave ce fichier sur un CD à l'aide de Clone CD par exemple.

  • Une fois le CD prêt, insère-le dans le lecteur.

  • Refais la manip de sfc/scannow, mais cette fois-ci, tu peux réparer les fichiers puisque le CD de Windows XP SP3 est à l'intérieur !!

  • A la fin de l'opération, dis-moi ce qu'il s'est passé, et si les problèmes reviennent.

    Bien, via Ajout/suppression de programmes, supprime Windows XP SP3, puis réinstalle-le via le cd.

    Salut,

    Après un long silence radio ......windows Xp sP3 réinstallé ce jour (non sans problèmes) mais c'est fait.

    ces derniers temps, plantages réguliers, les applications sont lentes, j'ai comme l'impression qu'un truc tourne en ronds en sous main (l'ordinateur mouline, même sans applications lancées, quand je fais contrôle alt sup, dans les processus les chiffres défilent...) mais kapersky et malware bites ne trouvent rien....

    je fais quoi maintenant?

    J'ai pas donné de nouvelles pendant un laps de temps assez long, mais ça plantais moins (plantages aléatoires) et puis il voulait pas de la manip indiquée.

    Hier il a eu bien du mal a accepter le CD avec l'iso, puis très très très longtemps à l'installer, mais il a fini par le prendre.

    Aujourd'hui ma copine me dit qu'il n'a pas arrêté de planter.

    Au fait qd je fais la manip sfc/scannow il continue à me demander un CD XP, et qd je lui mets il continue à dire que c'est pas le bon..........;)........il ouvre une fenêtre avec windows XP et me demande si je veux intaller le pack SP3 (ce que j'ai fais hier)...
