Problème en éteignant mon pc

Bonjour,
J'ai monté un nouveau pc hier mais le problème c'est qu'un bsod apparait quand j'éteins mon pc donc assez problématique. Je sais pas d'ou cela viens :s

Regardez le rapport de WHoCrashed il est révélateur:
This was probably caused by the following module: ntoskrnl.exe (nt+0x71F00)

Essayez ceci:

  • Insérer le DVD officiel de Windows et démarrer dessus.
  • A l'invite, appuyer sur la touche R (pour Réparer).
  • Choisir la partition sur laquelle Windows est installé (en principe c'est la 1).
  • Saisir le nom du lecteur contenant le CD d'installation de Windows (D: ou E: etc.) puis valider par la touche "Entrée.
  • Saisir la commande suivante: cd i386 puis valider par la touche "Entrée" :
  • Saisir la commande suivante en remplaçant c:\Windows par l'emplacement de votre répertoire de Windows : expand ntkrnlmp.ex_ C:\Windows\System32\ntoskrnl.exe
  • Retirer le DVD du lecteur et redémarrer l'ordinateur.
