Bonjour,

J'ai depuis un moment un probleme mon pc se bloque et impossible de bougé la souris ou de faire CTRL ALT SUPP je suis obligé de redemaré manuellement.

est ce que quelqu'un a une solution Merci

Si oui, tu peux tenter une restauration système avant la date de l'installation du programme éventuel pour remettre ton PC en état de marche...

ca fait 2 mois a pe pré, et j'ai rien installé de spécial, j'ai essayer de changer de souris des fois mais rien a faire, j'ai pas de virus il est passez chez l'informaticien ya 3 mois il m'ont fait un netoyage complet, je sais vraiment pas

Alors j'ai fait le test au bout de 20 minute il le finit et me dit fail et sur le rapport tout est ok sauf sur les optical disk D: F: et J:

ou il y a 30 serious error avec marqué error while searching for files on optical data disk. Quelqu'un à une idée? merci

Alors j'ai fait le test au bout de 20 minute il le finit et me dit fail et sur le rapport tout est ok sauf sur les optical disk D: F: et J:

ou il y a 30 serious error avec marqué error while searching for files on optical data disk. Quelqu'un à une idée? merci

ouai j'ai essayé mais il faut graver ton fichier sur un dvd ou je c pas quoi et mon graveur marche pas en plus j'ai pas de dvd vierge, aprés ta peut etre une autre solution?
