bug affichage et pop up anitivirus a gogo [helpers needed] [résolu]

bonjour,

je suis en plein désarroi mon PC devient fou, depuis quelques jours , des pop ups s'ouvres tres souvent ( system defender ...de plus IE me pop up constemment un risk d'infection ...) et de temps en temps l'affichage de mes appli' ou de mes pages IE bug completement, les pages se croisent s'effacent reaparraissent , puis l'ecran devient blanc ...enfin tout ceici est pour moi, imcomprehensible!

je n'est egalement plus acces au gestionnaire es taches soit disant " desactivé par l'admnistrateur "du pc...

j'ai bien peur d'etre mechament infécté et j'ai besoin d'aide car pur novice au niveau securité.

j'ai executer un scan panda online qui a detecté 10 spywares et 1 virus en 35 mn mais malheureusement l'affichage a completement merdé jai donc ete obligé d'eteindre le pc... au redemarrage tout redevient normal.

j'espere que quelqu'un saura m'aider...merci d'avance

je ne sais pas si c'est lié mais quelque chose de nouveau vient de se produire, j'ai eu droit a ceci:

~Télécharge SmitfraudFix

http://siri.urz.free.fr/Fix/SmitfraudFix.zip

~Dezippe la totalité de l'archive SmitfraudFix.zip
Recherche:
~Double clique sur SmitfraudFix.cmd
~Sélectionne 1 et presse Entrée dans le menu pour créer un rapport des fichiers responsables de l'infection. Le rapport se trouve à la racine du disque système C:\rapport.txt
~Poste ce rapport.
process.exe est détecté par certains antivirus (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky Anti-Virus) comme étant un RiskTool. Il ne s'agit pas d'un virus, mais d'un utilitaire destiné à mettre fin à des processus. Mis entre de mauvaises mains, cet utilitaire pourrait arrêter des logiciels de sécurité (Antivirus, Firewall...) d'où l'alerte émise par ces antivirus.

~Redémarre l'ordinateur en mode sans échec (F8 au démarrage de l'ordinateur)
http://www.malekal.com/modesansechec.php

~Double clique sur SmitfraudFix.cmd
~Sélectionne 2 et presse Entrée dans le menu pour supprimer les fichiers responsables de l'infection.
~Réponds Oui (o) à toutes les questions.
Un redémarrage sera peut être nécessaire pour terminer la procédure de nettoyage.
~Poste le nouveau rapport.

( entre temps j'avais pris l'initiative de remplacer AVAST par ANTIVIR et d'effectuer un debut de scan qui a débuté le nétoyage...j'ai donc tout arreteé pour effectuer ce que tu m'as demandé, et je viens de m'apercevoir que j'ai a nouveau accès au gestionnaire des taches... )

( ptite question: est ce que le lancement d'une nouvelle appli' ( par exemple poker online )peut perturber le scan..? parce que le scan est tres long et j'ai tournoi qui m'attend :D  , si ca pose un souci j'attendrai, mais si ca ne genes en rien ...)
