Bonjour,
Je suis nouveau sur Tom's guide et j'ai un problème avec mon PC Dell Vostro 1015 qui m'affiche un écran bleu lorsque je l'allume.
Récemment il a lancé une mise à jour windows 7 et j'ai tenté de faire une récupération mais rien ne change.
il m'indique un "crash dump".

j'ai pu récupérer les informations suivantes, mais il ne fonctionne maintenant qu'en mode sans échec.

Quelqu'un pourrait-il m'aider svp ? Pleaaaaaase !

Bon vu que tu as des soucis, on va faire autrement, envoie-moi les fichiers qui se trouvent dans C:\Windows\Minidump en les zippant et en les déposant sur le site cijoint.fr

Ah cool les vacances... j'espère que t'as bien kiffé !

Moi de mon coté je croyais que tu m'avais laché... et j'ai réussi a récupérer le CD Windows 7 et j'ai tout réinstallé.
J'ai fait ca sans savoir que j'allais perdre MS Office 2007... mais au moins il marche bien maintenant.
Bon maintenant faut que je récupère MS Office...

Bonjour,

Je suis enfin arrivé à démarrer Windows en mode normal (la plupart du temps ça me fait l’écran bleu en mode normal).
L'installation est achevée. La fenêtre me propose " view log" ou "finish"...
Que dois je faire maintenant ??

J'ai essayé d'installé .NET Framework 4 mais ce n'est pas possible en mode sans echec.

Diagnostic appronfondi

  • Télécharge Debugging Tools for Windows 32-bit Version (de [#ff0000]Microsoft Corporation[/#ff]).

  • Lance l'installateur.

  • Suis les instructions. A un moment, on va te laisser le choix des applications à installer. N'installe que "Debugging tools for Windows".

  • Préviens-moi une fois cette étape réalisée.

    Il faut effectivement lancer l'installateur.

    Inquietant donc... mais j'ai confiance en toi, t'as l'air d'assurer grave en la matière !

    Je télécharge sur mon disque dur du pc et n'importe où ? ou je grave directement sur le CD ?

    L'installateur se lance tout seul ou il faut que je fasse une manip' ?

    Désolée si mes questions t'ont l'air idiotes, mais j'ai pas du tout l'habitude de tout ça... et je voudrais pas rajouter un problème supplémentaire !

    Rassurant oui et non, le fichier n'a pas l'air d'être touché, mais d'où ça vient alors ??? [:guigui0001:7]

    Diagnostic appronfondi

  • Télécharge Debugging Tools for Windows 32-bit Version (de [#ff0000]Microsoft Corporation[/#ff]), et grave cette image sur un CD vierge, à l'aide d'un logiciel comme Alcohol 52% (de [#ff0000]Alcohol Soft[/#ff])

  • Insère le CD que tu as créé dans ton lecteur, puis lance l'installateur.

  • Suis les instructions. A un moment, on va te laisser le choix des applications à installer. N'installe que WinDBG (dans Debuggers).

  • Préviens-moi une fois cette étape réalisée.

    Bon y a bien un souci.

    Le problème c'est qu'il n'a pas été résolu via le sfc.

    Fais ceci stp :

    Vérification de l'intégrité des fichiers

  • Une fois le PC démarré, va dans Démarrer , puis dans la barre de recherche, tape cmd . Fais un clic droit sur le résultat , puis clique sur Exécuter en tant qu'administrateur .

  • Dans la fenêtre d'invite de commandes (la fenêtre noire), tape sfc/verifyfile=halmacpi.dll et appuie sur entrée.

  • A la fin de l'opération, mets une capture d'écran sur ce topic.

    Voilà ce qui est affiché à la fin.

    La protection des ressources Windows a touvé des fichiers endommagés, mais n'a pas réussi à tous les réparer. Des détails sont inclus dans le journal CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Par exemple C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log


    Oui j'ai essayé la restauration du système. C'est la première chose que j'ai faite.

    Ok bon avant de tenter des choses risquées, on va essayer autrement :

    Réparation des fichiers système

    Il y a des problèmes, qu'on va corriger :

    Il serait préférable d'imprimer ou de noter les instructions ci-dessous
    parce que tu n'auras pas accès à celles-ci durant la manip !!

  • Redémarre en mode Invite de commandes en mode sans échec (pour ça, redémarre le PC, appuye sur F8 jusqu'à avoir des options de démarrage avancées : là, tu sélectionnes ce mode et tu valides)

  • La même fenêtre noire s'affiche. Cette fois, tape sfc/scannow, valide et patiente durant l'opération.

  • Une fois que c'est fini, note bien ce qui est affiché, puis redémarre ton ordi normalement en tapant shutdown -r -t 0 et en validant.

  • Dis-moi ce qui était marqué ;)

    En fait j'ai un CD pour reinstallation pour XP Professional (Service pack 3) qui m'a été livré avec mon autre PC fixe.
    mais windows 7 j'ai pas.

    Sinon sur mon portable c'est un 32 bits

    Une dll système qui doit être corrompue ou un truc dans ce genre. On va essayer de la remplacer.

  • Va sur le site Virustotal , un site qui analyse des fichiers avec tous les antivirus présents sur le marché.

  • Clique sur Choisissez un fichier .

  • Dans la fenêtre qui s'ouvre alors, en bas, il est marqué Nom du fichier . Mets alors
    C:\Windows\System32\halmacpi.dll
    (copie et colle avec Ctrl+V)

  • Appuie sur Ouvrir , puis clique sur Envoyer le fichier .

  • Attends quelques secondes. Si c'est marqué que le fichier a déjà été analysé, clique sur Reanalyser le fichier maintenant .

  • Ton fichier est alors analysé. Attends bien que ce soit marqué Situation actuelle : terminé .

  • Sélectionne le tableau (avec les anti-virus, la version, la dernière mise à jour, le résultat), et Colle-le dans ta prochaine réponse stp .

    Diagnostic :

  • Télécharge Bluescreenview (de Nirsoft).

  • Va dans le dossier compressé, puis double-clique sur l'application pour lancer le programme. (il n'est pas nécessaire de décompresser le dossier)

  • Patiente jusqu'à ce qu'une liste de crashes s'affichent. Pour chacun des crashes, clique dessus, va dans Options > Lower Pane Mode > Bluescreen in XP style. En bas va s'afficher le contenu de l'écran bleu, copie le texte (clic droit > Copier) et colle-le dans ta prochaine réponse sur ce forum.
